Vision of the Concept Plan

Governance, Stewardship & Long-Term Control Statement

Golden Years & Gentle Paws Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) California public-benefit established to develop and permanently steward affordable, pet-friendly housing for seniors, integrated with structured animal companionship and community support.

From inception, the Foundation is intentionally designed for long-term ownership, mission continuity, and institutional-grade stewardship. All housing, land, and program assets are developed and managed to support aging-in-place, resident dignity, and operational long-termsustainability — not short-term development, resale, or speculative use.

The Foundation operates under formal governance, adopted Bylaws, and a Conflict of Interest Policy, with full fiduciary oversight exercised by its Board of Directors. This structure ensures that all real property, financial decisions, and program operations remain aligned with the Foundation’s charitable purpose and protected for long-term public benefit.
