Safe housing with Standards That Protect Seniors and Pets

What We do 

We provide safe stable housing for seniors who want to remain in a familiar home environment without being seperated from the animals they love.

Our housing operates within a structured program that plans for change, sets expectations early, and enforces standards to

 protect both residents and animals. 

Structured Home Environment That Adapts Over Time

Needs Change with time, health and circumstance. Rather than reacting after a crisis, our housing model emphasizes thoughtful

 planning and structure from the begining.

Structured Housing First-Care Implemented Within it

Golden Years & Gentle Paws Foundation is focused on housing structure.

We provide safe, stable homes designed to support seniors, caregivers, 

and companion animals as needs change over time. Our role is to establish and enforce housing standards that promote safety, consistency and accountability with in the home.

Before a senior is approved, housing expectations safety requirements and care coordination plans are discussed and implemented. This allows families to plan ahead, reduce stress, and maintain a familiar home environment while care needs evole.

Families select their own caregivers and service providers. We work cooperatively with those caregivers and may offer references or recommendations for outside services when helful. All care is implemented within the established housing structure.

We do not provide medical or personal caregiving or insurance coverage. Care and insurance arrangements remain the responiblity of the senior, family, or chosen providers.

    Companion Paws Senior Housing Program

    Affordable, pet-friendly housing that allows seniors to age with dignity while remaining with their animal companions in a stable, supportive environment.

    A collaborative program that pairs approved rescue animals with senior residents, creating meaningful compainionship, daily purpose, and improved well-being for both.

    A proactive framework that encourages communication, shared responsibility, and advance planning between seniors, families, and the Foundation as care needs evolve.
